Coastal Museum – “Museum am Meer”
The museum offers visitors a fascinating insight into North Sea shrimp fishery. A full-sized replica of a modern shrimpboat conveys a particularly vivid impression of the workaday life of coastal fishermen. Through windows, visitors can watch the actual landing of the catch and follow the processing of the shrimps. Films, sound recordings and interactive elements make this a very special visit.
